You create and implement the innovation/renovation strategy that is aligned with the brand vision to drive sustainable growth.
How you will contribute
You will work with others in Mondelēz International to determine an innovation strategy and priorities to enable consumer-centric brand growth and execute commercial innovation plans on innovation based on identified goals. In partnership with brand teams, you will define and deliver plans to renovate the core brand and to strengthen the entire portfolio through innovation and renovation. You will also manage the portfolio (which includes brand architecture). In this role, you are accountable for revenue and profit, sharing objectives as they relate to innovation, and monitoring performance against key performance indicators. Based on your deep consumer insights, brand strategy and positioning, you will integrate innovation into marketing communication plans and campaigns.

What extra ingredients you will bring:
- Drive regional multi-year equity & innovation agenda that aligns with brand growth strategy for the key brands responsible for.
- In partnership with local marketing teams, creative and media agencies you will define and deliver plans on brand equity communication strategy and deliver breakthrough integrated marketing campaigns which will deliver on brand health metrics and drive brand growth
- Manage, brief and work closely with product design agencies for any product artwork related project (redesign, new product launch, new visual identity etc..)
- Assist in developing regional brand strategies and marketing plans and act as act as key point of contact for leading alignment of cross-regional and cross-market priorities, and resource allocation for innovation and big bet development
- Assist in developing brand innovation strategy, lead the process of identifying innovation opportunities from pre-launch to bringing successful innovation into market, in close collaboration with R&D, project management, regulatory, legal and manufacturing teams.
Education / Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in management, business, marketing, or any relevant field.
Job specific requirements:
- Preferably 5 & up to 7 years of Consumer marketing, brand-building and innovation/new product development
- Ability to manage multi-brand / multi-country with agility and growth mindset.
- Strong leadership to influence direct teams and core stakeholders, especially remotely.
- Consumer Centric thinking, with a digital first mindset.
- Effective communication (verbal and writing), and strong presentation skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally across internal & external stakeholders and multi-functions.
- Analytical and creative skills - a balance of commercial and strategic acumen.
