Today, we’re tapping into the unlimited potential of AI to define the next era of computing. An era in which our GPU acts as the brains of computers, robots, and self-driving cars that can understand the world. Doing what’s never been done before takes vision, innovation, and the world’s best talent. As an NVIDIAN, you’ll be immersed in a diverse, supportive environment where everyone is inspired to do their best work. Come join the team and see how you can make a lasting impact on the world.

This role owns the EMEA go-to-market motion for NVIDIA's Agentic AI Platform, helping customers and partners adopt, deploy, secure, and scale agentic AI on NVIDIA. The role works across enterprise, AI-native, ISV, cloud provider, public sector, defense, and regulated environments, translating NVIDIA software into practical adoption motions for priority workloads. The person should bring strong breadth across open and sovereign models, Nemotron, NVIDIA Agent Toolkit, NeMo, NIM, secure agent runtimes, evaluation harnesses, guardrails, confidential computing, cybersecurity, legal/commercial guidance, and AI Factory reference architectures

What you'll be doing:

  • Execute the EMEA Agentic AI Platform GTM plan across open models, Nemotron adoption, regulated software hardening, confidential computing, cybersecurity, and secure AI deployment.

  • Position NVIDIA Agent Toolkit, NeMo, Nemotron, NIM, Dynamo, CUDA-X libraries, evaluation harnesses, guardrails, DGX OS, and AI Enterprise as one adoption path.

  • Refine the sales toolkit across technical, commercial, legal, support, and terms-and-conditions tracks so field teams and partners can confidently position agentic AI workloads.

  • Work through AI-native, enterprise, ISV, cloud provider, OEM, GSI, developer relations, solution architecture, product, legal, security, and field teams to identify priority workloads and unblock adoption.

  • Act as the EMEA point person for open and sovereign model field guidance, including licensing, EU AI Act/GPAI, IP/data/security, model provenance, deployment, support, and export considerations.

  • Refine reference architectures and enablement for enterprise, sovereign, air-gapped, regulated cloud, private cloud, hyperscaler, and secure multi-tenant AI environments.

  • Partner with cybersecurity and infrastructure ecosystem partners where they help secure agentic AI deployments and make AI Factory adoption easier for regulated customers.

  • Share EMEA customer and partner requirements with product and engineering where packaging, support, documentation, security, or legal clarity affects adoption.

What we need to see:

  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 12+ years in software GTM, developer relations, technical partnerships, product management, solution architecture, cybersecurity, or AI platform role

  • Strong understanding of leading open/open-weight models, such as Kimi K3, GLM 5.2, DeepSeek, MiniMax, Qwen, Mistral, and others.

  • Hands-on understanding of LLMs, agentic AI, open-weight models, inference, fine-tuning, RAG, evaluation, guardrails, model routing, and enterprise deployment patterns.

  • Experience with regulated enterprise, public sector, defense, FSI, healthcare, telecom, cloud provider, or sovereign cloud environments where governance and trust are major adoption factors.

  • Understanding of confidential computing, cybersecurity, secure deployment, Kubernetes, Linux, identity, encryption, secrets, data control, and software lifecycle operations.

  • Ability to translate complex model, licensing, legal, security, and deployment topics into practical field guidance and commercially useful sales plays.

  • Strong executive communication skills and comfort leading multi-stakeholder work across customer, partner, field, product, legal, security, and engineering teams.

  • Commercial judgement to qualify opportunities, align success criteria, and connect technical adoption to revenue outcomes.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience with Nemotron, DeepSeek, Qwen, Mistral, MiniMax, GLM, Kimi, NeMo, NIM, NVIDIA Agent Toolkit, Dynamo, TensorRT-LLM, Triton, vLLM, SGLang, Hugging Face, or similar ecosystems.

  • Experience turning agentic AI, open models, secure AI deployment, or regulated AI requirements into field playbooks, workshops, demos, and executive content.

  • Familiarity with EU AI Act / GPAI themes, model licensing, data residency, model provenance, confidential computing, zero-trust architecture, or sovereign AI positioning.
