About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to serve as our Responsible Officer for Management (Keio‑Gyomu‑Kanri‑Sekininsha) under the Construction Business Act of Japan. This role ensures our construction business operates with full regulatory compliance, financial stability, and strong corporate governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the designated Responsible Officer for Management for our Construction Business License

• Oversee compliance, financial soundness, and operational governance

• Support executive decision‑making and ensure proper management controls

• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain smooth construction‑related operations

Mandatory Qualifications (Must meet ONE of the following)
1. Executive Management Experience

• 5+ years as a Director or Board Member in the construction industry

2. Senior Management Support Experience

• 6+ years in a high‑level management support role (e.g., Department Manager, Branch Manager) in the construction industry

• Experience must include financial, labor, and operational oversight

3. Executive Officer Experience

• 5+ years as a designated Executive Officer (Shikko‑Yakuin) with authority over construction operations

Eligible “Executive Officer” roles include:

• Directors of Kabushiki Kaisha (KK) or Yugen Kaisha

• Executive members of Godo Kaisha (GK) or other equity companies

Preferred Attributes

• Strong understanding of construction regulations

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• High integrity and accountability
