Role Overview:

This is a strategic alliances position requiring an in-depth knowledge of how technology is used to enable business goals or overcome business challenges. Position requires strategic thinking/planning coupled with tactical execution of identified business opportunities. Responsible for managing all facets of the relationship with top-tier partners and counterparts at partner organization.

What you will do:
  • Lead strategic alliance initiatives with top-tier partners that include co-innovation, solution integration, and go-to-
    market alignment.

  • Represent the company in technical partner forums, industry panels, and strategic planning sessions.

  • Build and maintain executive relationships with counterparts at partner organizations.

  • Drive measurable outcomes from partnerships including pipeline growth, joint wins, and technology adoption.

  • Guide internal teams in leveraging alliances as a core element of the company’s sales and product strategy.

What you will bring:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration engineering, or equivalent work experience.

  • At least 7 years of relevant experience.

  • Should be hands-on and be able to perform the function independently.

  • Proven track record in a high growth company of medium size from the information technology/security/SaaS industry.

  • Must have maturity in building organizational capability and sales growth whilst managing costs.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • At least 7 years of IT industry sales experience
  • At least 7 years direct sales experience with public customers/government
  • Hands-on ability to perform sales function independently
  • Proven track record in a high-growth IT/security/SaaS company
  • Experience using Salesforce (SFDC) and maintaining accurate sales forecasts
  • Maturity in building organizational capability and managing sales growth/costs
  • Experience selling to defense ministry, police agency, or Digital Agency (デジタル庁)
  • Experience proposing network security or web application solutions
  • English language ability
