Transportation Sales Experience Required

As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for identifying, pitching and closing new customers within the freight brokerage space. You’ll target high-volume, strategic accounts and manage the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to managing the book of business, securing the deal. This is a high-impact, hunter-focused role centered on driving new business. 
 

What your day-to-day will look like: 

  • Proactively seek out and develop new business opportunities 

  • Cold call, network and prospect to build a strong pipeline 

  • Create tailored freight solutions for high-volume shippers 

  • Negotiate rates, close deals and oversee customer onboarding 

  • Stay informed on market trends, pricing and capacity 

  • Partner with operations to ensure a smooth transition and service delivery 

What you’ll need to excel: 

At a minimum, you’ll need: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience 

  • 2 years of freight brokerage customer sales experience 
     

It’d be great if you also have: 

  • 5 years of sales experience in Transportation or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) 

  • A proven track record in outbound, hunter-style sales 

  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills 

  • A high-energy, goal-driven mindset with a passion for results
