Manage daily LTL logistics operations by tracking shipments, covering loads, classifying freight, preparing pricing and quotes, resolving shipment issues, and coordinating with customers, carriers, facilities, sales teams, and internal partners. The role supports account goals, selects appropriate carriers and service levels, maintains customer relationships, ensures compliance with freight standards, and identifies opportunities for customer-specific pricing.
