As a Customer Operations Representative, you will manage reports, track shipments, solve customer issues, and ensure excellent customer experience.

Serve as primary contact and relationship manager for intermodal and drayage clients. Expand accounts, negotiate rates and capacity, coordinate with operations and carriers, manage shipments cradle-to-grave, track milestones, resolve issues, maintain tracking systems, and monitor billing and cost controls.

The Manager of Last Mile Operations oversees contract carrier operations, trains staff, ensures compliance, manages dispatch, and resolves issues.

Coordinate and support home delivery operations, monitor carrier performance and VOC, build efficient routes, dispatch contract carriers, resolve delivery and inventory issues, coach dispatch and warehouse staff, and travel to sites to ensure client satisfaction.

Lead design and development of full-stack applications using .NET 8, C#, and ASP.NET Core. Provide technical leadership across backend services, APIs and frontend (React/Angular), drive architecture and data strategy (SQL Server, Couchbase), enforce CI/CD and observability practices, coordinate offshore teams, and mentor engineers.

Analyze AR aging, delinquency, disputes, unapplied cash, and write-offs. Build and maintain AR reports, dashboards, and KPIs. Partner with Billing, Credit, Sales, and Operations to resolve issues, support forecasting and month-end close, and drive process improvements. Act as subject-matter resource and prepare leadership presentations.

Support branch sales and customers by entering and tracking loads in the TMS, scheduling pickups/deliveries, resolving shipment issues, preparing loads for accounting, and maintaining reporting to ensure positive customer experiences.
