Role Overview:Drive enterprise growth across Denmark by acquiring new customers and expanding Genesys Cloud adoption within strategic accounts. This role directly influences revenue acceleration and market expansion by introducing AI powered experience orchestration to organisations seeking to transform customer engagement. You will own the full new business lifecycle, shaping territory strategy, building pipeline from zero, and closing complex, high value deals with senior stakeholders. At Genesys, you will contribute to delivering more human, connected customer experiences at scale while working alongside teams that prioritise collaboration, innovation, and meaningful impact. This role offers strong visibility across leadership and the opportunity to expand your influence across enterprise sales strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities:Own end to end acquisition of new enterprise customers across the Danish market, driving consistent revenue growth
Build and execute territory strategies that prioritise high value accounts and scalable pipeline development
Generate qualified pipeline through proactive prospecting, partner engagement, and strategic networking
Lead complex consultative sales cycles that position Genesys Cloud as a mission critical platform
Engage senior executives and business leaders to align solutions with strategic transformation goals
Develop and execute competitive win strategies that increase deal success rates in enterprise environments
Partner cross functionally with business development, presales, marketing, and partners to accelerate deal progression
Achieve and exceed new business quota through disciplined pipeline management and forecasting accuracy
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
8+ years of enterprise software sales experience focused on new business acquisition within SaaS, AI, CCaaS, or cloud platforms
Demonstrated success acquiring new enterprise customers within the Danish market
Strong experience in pipeline generation through outbound prospecting and strategic account development
Proven ability to manage complex, competitive sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive engagement skills
Fluency in Danish and English
Willingness to travel frequently within Denmark and across the region as required
Experience selling customer experience or contact center platforms
Familiarity with AI driven solutions and cloud based architectures
Experience collaborating within partner ecosystems to drive joint sales outcomes
Strong understanding of enterprise digital transformation initiatives
