World leading enterprise organizations use Outreach to power their revenue teams, including Databricks, SAP, Siemens, and Verizon to name a few.

About the Team

Our EMEA Enterprise Sales team operates at the forefront of how the world's most complex organizations transform their revenue motions. We partner with companies of 5,000–10,000 employees across the region, owning the full deal cycle from pipeline creation to close. We are product experts, trusted advisors, and ambassadors for the Outreach Sales Execution Platform.

We go deep on our customers' strategic goals, not just their pain points, so we can help them build, manage, and close pipeline with real precision. We stay sharp by tracking emerging sales trends, AI developments, and GTM innovation through events, research, and peer learning. We celebrate wins together, share what's working, hold each other to a high standard, and operate with integrity, collaboration, and a relentless focus on customer outcomes.

This is a senior, strategic selling role targeting Outreach's most important enterprise accounts across EMEA. As a Senior Enterprise Acquisition Executive, you will own complex, multi-threaded sales cycles, engaging at the C-suite level and building business cases that resonate with economic buyers who expect you to understand their world as well as they do.

You will drive disciplined, high-quality pipeline and bring together internal resources to land and expand Outreach's footprint across the region. A key part of this role is the ability to speak credibly to AI-powered selling capabilities, helping prospects understand how Outreach's platform and the broader AI landscape is reshaping how elite revenue teams operate.

This role sits at the intersection of strategic advisory, executive engagement, and cutting-edge technology, and is built for someone who wants to be at the center of how enterprise sales evolves.
