We are leading cloud-based Order Management System (OMS) and crypto-asset management platform offering a unified access point and interface with the worlds’ top 20 crypto exchanges. Fully automated trade execution and portfolio management, supported by continuously evolving strategies, algorithms, and risk management solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, acting as a liaison between clients and various departments at 3Commas
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners, identifying and pursuing growth opportunities
• Manage a portfolio of high-value accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
• Conduct regular check-ins and strategy sessions with key clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client requests, resolve issues, and implement improvements
• Develop and execute account plans to maximize client value and engagement
• Contribute to new client development initiatives
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential threats

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar account management role, preferably in the crypto or fintech industry
• Extensive understanding of the crypto trading industry, including market dynamics, trading strategies, and industry terminology
• Proven track record of executing end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to deal closure, as well as managing and growing key client relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in an ambiguous environment
• Self-driven with a high level of initiative and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
