Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and handle their requests with care and professionalism.

• Interact with clients to address all servicing needs

• Communicate with carriers/underwriting for renewals, audit issues, carrier surveys, carrier recommendations, quote negotiation on existing accounts

• Thoroughly review all renewals to check for coverage gaps and multi line opportunities. 

• Review and process various documents including policies, endorsements and invoices.

• Document all activities in agency management system (Epic).

• Prepare clear and concise proposals to effectively communicate marketing results with clients.

• Ensure timely completion of expiration list items.

• Develop strong knowledge of industry and markets.

Qualifications:

• NY P&C license.

• 5+ Prior experience in a relevant role within the insurance industry.

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.

• Prior experience using Epic or similar agency management system.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Pay Details:

Annual Salary: $85,000 - $100,000
