The Senior Account Executive will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, who can navigate both internal and external relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, preferably with experience in Behavioral Health, and the ability to manage complex sales cycles. This position involves working closely with the marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional service to our clients.

What You'll Do:Sales and Business Development

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients within the Behavioral Health space, including public and private health care and social service agenciees, clinics, and healthcare providers.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and industry events.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our solutions.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead contract negotiations and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Relationship Management

  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including county and state leadership of appropriate public service departments, C-suite executives and decision-makers.
  • Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Client Support: Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure clients receive the highest level of service and support.

Internal Collaboration

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.
  • Feedback Loop: Provide feedback from clients to the product development team to inform product improvements and innovations.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the CRO, providing insights into sales performance and market opportunities.

Who You Are:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the healthcare industry or SaaS sector.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Skills:
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and related regulations.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and navigate large organizations.
    • Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $150,000 to $160,000 annually.

The base salary offered is determined by several factors, including but not limited to the applicant's qualifications, relevant experience, specific skills, level of education, certifications or professional licenses, and geographic location where the job will be performed. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include any bonus, equity, or benefits.

Total compensation package also includes commission and stock options. Final compensation will vary based on experience and various other factors.
