Drive net-new business across behavioral health and public sector markets, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract close. The Director of Product Design leads product design strategy, brand identity, user-centered design, design systems, and end-to-end digital product experiences. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring the design team, partnering with executive and cross-functional leaders, governing design quality, incorporating user research, and overseeing AI-assisted prototyping through final delivery. The role requires strategic leadership, hands-on design capability, enterprise and B2B experience, and ownership of scalable design systems.

Lead the customer success function for approximately two dozen B2B software accounts, owning retention, expansion, account health, renewals, support standards, and customer outcomes. Build executive relationships with government and healthcare stakeholders, establish scalable onboarding and success playbooks, and lead teams across strategic accounts, partner success, technical support, and training. Partner with Sales and Delivery to improve customer value and sustainable growth.

Lead product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and scalable platform evolution for healthcare and behavioral health workflows. Translate clinical, market, policy, and customer insights into reusable product requirements, workflows, integrations, standards, and playbooks. Partner across R&D, Delivery, Go-To-Market, and executive leadership to prioritize investments, improve implementation quality, guide cross-functional execution, and drive measurable product and business outcomes.
