About Page Vault
Page Vault is a B2B SaaS legal-technology company that helps legal teams collect, preserve, and manage web-based evidence. We serve law firms and legal professionals who need reliable, defensible ways to capture online content. We have grown quickly over the last few years (~40% annual growth), and 75% of the Am Law 100 are now subscribers. In early 2026 we became a multi-product company with Stencil, an AI tool that helps trademark lawyers draft applications and prepare renewals in a fraction of the time.
We are entering an important next phase of growth, and our go-to-market team is expanding across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Sales has been the engine of that growth, built on a consultative, relationship-led motion with the largest law firms in the country. We are now adding sellers to cover more of the market with the same depth.
About the Role
The Senior Account Executive owns new business selling Page Vault across a territory of large law firms (more than 150 attorneys). Most deals are with the centralized groups that serve the whole firm, such as IT, litigation support, and knowledge management, and some are with individual litigation case teams. These are complex, multi-stakeholder deals: the people who feel the pain are rarely the only ones who sign, and procurement, security, and firm leadership all have a say. We win at much higher rates when more people are involved in a deal, so multithreading is the core skill of this role.
You will own the full sales cycle, from building pipeline through close and handoff. You will generate much of that pipeline yourself, working alongside a dedicated BDR and our Field Marketing team at the conferences and events where our buyers gather. Deals typically run 3–6 months at an ACV of ~$20-40K, and the best accounts grow well beyond the first contract as more case teams and practice groups adopt.
You will start by working directly with our Sales Director, supporting deals they lead as you ramp up and then quickly taking the lead yourself. This is a chance to join a growing sales team early, shape the large-firm playbook, and grow with the company as we add products and segments.
What You'll Own
Pipeline and territory
Own account strategy for an assigned territory of large law firms, deciding where to go deep.
Generate pipeline through outbound (email, phone, LinkedIn), conferences and events, and close partnership with a BDR, supplemented by inbound and marketing-sourced leads.
Map each firm's buying group, from central teams (IT, litigation support, knowledge management, innovation) to litigation partners, case teams, and procurement, and build relationships across it.
The complex close
Run discovery that uncovers each firm's real capture workflow and the cost of the status quo.
Lead demos, working sessions, trials, and proofs of concept with both users and decision-makers.
Multithread deals through procurement, security review, and legal, finding both the economic buyer and a day-to-day champion, and keep long cycles moving.
Negotiate packaging and pricing that set accounts up to expand, including firm-wide and enterprise terms.
Forecasting, handoff, and the playbook
Keep HubSpot accurate and current, and forecast reliably.
Hand off cleanly to Customer Success and Account Management so new customers adopt quickly and expand.
Run our sales playbook and help improve it: sharpen messaging, add new plays, and share what works as the team grows.
Expected Outcomes
Build and maintain pipeline coverage that makes the number predictable.
Show consistent strength in leading indicators: pipeline created, stakeholders engaged per deal, cycle length, and win rate.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of full-cycle closing experience in B2B SaaS, with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota and references to back it up.
Multi-stakeholder deals. Experience running long, complex cycles through procurement, security, and legal review, with several decision-makers involved.
Owned your own pipeline. You have generated a meaningful share of your own pipeline, not only closed what was handed to you.
Disciplined process. Experience with a formal sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger, Command of the Message) and strong CRM habits.
Credibility with sophisticated buyers. Comfortable leading business, financial, and technical conversations with attorneys, IT leaders, and executives.
Nice to have: experience selling to large law firms or in legal tech, especially to IT, litigation support, or other central firm functions; time at a growth-stage company.
Who You Are
Competitive and driven: you set high goals, take ownership, and want to win.
A natural multithreader: you instinctively map a firm and build relationships well beyond your first contact.
Patient and process-disciplined: you run a long deal like a project, keeping every stakeholder and next step moving.
A fast learner: you pick up a complex product, buyer, and market quickly.
Customer-minded: you care about solving the customer's problem and learn from every conversation.
Compensation
~$100K base plus commission, ~$200k OTE, with uncapped accelerators above quota and a one-quarter ramp. Actual compensation will depend on experience, skills, and alignment with the needs of the role.
Benefits include medical and dental, a 401(k) contribution, and flexible vacation and sick days.
Location & Reporting
This is a remote role open to candidates based in the United States, with travel to conferences and occasional in-person customer meetings. It reports to the Sales Director and works closely with the BDR, Field Marketing, Customer Success, and Product.
