- Spearhead process improvements by identifying operational gaps, designing new workflows, documenting SOPs, and leading adoption across internal teams, agency partners, and client stakeholders.
- Drive workflow automation in partnership with internal developers, improving speed, accuracy, and scalability across trafficking, QC, DAM, and CRM operations.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex trafficking issues, DAM discrepancies, metadata conflicts, CRM blockers, and high-stakes delivery challenges.
- Lead cross-functional working sessions with agency partners, client teams, and developers to resolve operational challenges, align on workflow enhancements, and ensure seamless handoffs.
- Ensure operational readiness for major content releases, coordinating timelines, QA cycles, asset delivery, and cross-team alignment for high-visibility initiatives.
