Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities, from lead generation to closing
- Identify and engage new prospects through outreach, networking, and lead follow-up
- Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions, with a focus on AP Automation and Invoice Automation where applicable
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., solutions consultants, marketing, customer success) to ensure a smooth sales process
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations
- Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate records in CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and provide regular forecasting updates to management
- Stay current on industry trends, Oracle product updates, and competitor offerings
- Minimum of 5 years technology sales experience with a strong track record exceeding quota
- Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline, nurture prospects, and close deals
- Proven record of quota achievement with a SaaS solution
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to understand technical solutions and translate them into business value for clients
- Ability to work under minimal supervision yet understand the need for regular communication and coordination with management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
