We are seeking a talented individual to join our Employee Health and Benefits Consulting Team at Marsh Risk. This role will be based in Sydney. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

This is a unique opportunity to join our team and manage a portfolio of clients across Australia, delivering world-class guidance and efficiency.

We will count on you to:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of 20 to 25 large corporate clients, ensuring that each receives the highest standard of service and support
  • Provide expert guidance for group life insurance that meets the unique needs of our clients
  • Conduct thorough annual reviews and produce insightful reports that reflect our commitment to transparency and accountability
  • Drive growth by acquiring new clients and identifying opportunities to deliver more service within existing accounts, demonstrating initiative and foresight
  • Build and maintain strong internal relationships, fostering collaboration to ensure our clients receive seamless service

  • Proven experience in relationship and account management with Tier 1 accounts, preferably at a brokerage
  • Strong analytical skills and a meticulous attention to detail, enabling you to navigate complex data and guide decisions
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to forge and maintain robust client relationships
