Responsibility

1. Build and deepen executive relationships with enterprise customers. Influence long-term strategic direction, and serve as a business partner.

2. Negotiate and manage entire complex sales-cycles, often presenting to C-level executives in corporate and global customers.

3. Lead account strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities, working collaboratively with Airwallex Partners.

4. Actively understand each customer’s technology footprint, strategic growth plans and business drivers, technology strategy and competitive landscape.

5. Drive business development, forecast accurately and achieve strategic goals by leading customers through the entire business cycle.

6. Help to drive product innovation based on your experience and feedback from clients.

Qualification

  1. 5–8+ years of experience in complex technology sales within enterprise accounts; experience in fintech or payments is a strong plus.

  2. Proven success selling multi-product API solutions.

  3. A strong network of industry advocates to support your success.

  4. Demonstrated ability to identify, reach, and build relationships with decision-makers across key industry verticals.

  5. Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, with experience managing full sales pipelines.

  6. Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex solutions into clear, compelling narratives.

  7. Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable - you thrive under pressure and think creatively to solve problems.

  8. Results-driven, accountable, and aligned to key performance indicators and business outcomes.

  9. Willingness to travel as needed
