The Team: Enterprise Sales
The Enterprise Sales team resides within SigFig’s Strategic Partnerships group. Enterprise Sales is responsible for signing new enterprise partnerships across SigFig’s Digital Wealth and Engage product lines. This team is comprised of people who enjoy leading conversations on digital transformation and vision selling in new categories of FinTech software. This team will forge the next chapter of SigFig’s growth. Success is measured by our ability to sign new partnerships.
The Opportunity: Enterprise Account Executive
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will work closely with leadership in executing the overall strategy for SaaS product lines and the entire SigFig product ecosystem. Your main focus will be on forging new partnerships within Wealth Management, Retail Banking, and Insurance business lines within our target partnership segments.

- Set the Strategy for Your Accounts: Collaborate with the Demand Generation team to identify your priority accounts and target personas.
- Spend Time with Partners ... Not In the CRM - We are launching new product lines. Success will be achieved by spending time with prospective partners and iterating on your approach.
- Paint a Vision - Engage our partners with a narrative on digital transformation and the opportunity to bring world-class fintech products to their customers.
- Sign New Partnerships: Close new business through a sales process optimized for a “land and expand” strategy.

Ideal SigFigian for this Role
- 8+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry (Wealth Management, Retail Banking, and/or Insurance) with at least 4 in a closing role.
- 2+ years of experience selling Fintech solutions.
- Experience selling Wealthtech solutions, or selling to Wealth Managers.
- Consistent track record signing 7-figure contracts with large financial institutions.
- Wants to be an early AE in a growing company.
- Understands how to build and manage a pipeline of 15-20 opportunities.
- Ability to accommodate travel of 30%
Perks and Benefits
- Annual base salary range for this position is USD$140,000 to $180,000 + incentive compensation. Note, we take into consideration an individual’s background, experience, and geographic location, among other factors, in determining final salary. This role is also eligible for equity in the company, medical, dental and life insurance, EAP, 401(k) with matching, monthly internet stipend, $1000 annual wellness benefit, paid parental leave, paid sick leave, Learning & Development opportunity, and flexible PTO.
