Job Description

Key Accountabilities

In this Brand/Consumer Seller role, you will be responsible for the growth and development of NielsenIQ’s Brand/Consumer business in Chile, ensuring sustainable and profitable revenue expansion. You will act as the voice of the customer, increasing visibility and understanding of the full Brand/Consumer portfolio.

You will lead the commercial strategy for Chile, working closely with the South Cone leadership team to define and execute strategies focused on client retention, business growth, and new account acquisition.

This role also includes full ownership of pipeline management, ensuring accuracy and discipline in forecasting and sales governance.

Core Responsibilities

Profitable Revenue Growth

  • Own Brand/Consumer revenue and cost OP in Chile, driving long-term profitable growth.
  • Develop sales plans and strategies in collaboration with Commercial Directors/ADs, SA&I leaders, and MDs.
  • Provide detailed monthly sales forecasts.
  • Lead account-level annual operational planning (OP) with input from regional leadership.
  • Balance short-term results with long-term strategic growth.
  • Partner closely with Regional Leaders and Delivery teams to ensure alignment and shared accountability for revenue targets.
  • Implement annual pricing increases and support pricing strategy for new services.
  • Advise and support RFP processes.

Commercial Management & Client Relationship

  • Build, maintain, and grow commercial relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Global/Regional ADs, MDs, Commercial Directors, Solution Experts).
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
  • Anticipate client needs and identify growth opportunities.
  • Establish senior-level relationships within key accounts.
  • Provide input for product development based on client feedback, RFPs, and market insights.
