Job Description:
You will manage the teams responsible for creating and executing email/SMS/mobile push services. This role is inclusive of managing resources, technologies and scope. This role is a subject matter expert on digital messaging technologies.
Email Account Coordinators work closely with the extended Merkle team (SMEs) to execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns and provide quality campaign execution service to clients.
Responsibilities
- You will drive development of email and production execution, producing timely and accurate campaigns.
- You will coordinate internal and external meetings, track jobs, and drive account management efforts including maintaining responsibility for updating daily campaigns, follow up, and organizing account documentation.
- You will prioritize and manage multiple digital campaigns simultaneously.
- You will successfully support activities that drive execution of clients' marketing strategy.
- You will produce error free work, following standard operating procedures.
- You will upskill in email platform, project management platforms, and other platforms relevant to execution.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience
This position is a remote role. You will be reporting to the Sr. Account Manager.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $51,000 - $83,375. Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
