Senior Academic Counsellor

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students in selecting suitable academic programs and support them throughout the admission process. The ideal candidate should possess strong counselling, communication, and sales skills, with the ability to achieve admission targets while maintaining a high level of student satisfaction.

• Counsel prospective students and parents regarding academic programs, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
  
• Understand students' educational backgrounds, career aspirations, and learning needs to recommend suitable courses.
  
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and inquiries generated through various marketing channels.
  
• Conduct detailed follow-ups with leads and convert them into admissions.
  
• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
  
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM system.
  
• Coordinate with academic, operations, and marketing teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
  
• Conduct virtual and in-person counselling sessions, seminars, webinars, and educational events.
  
• Resolve student concerns and provide timely guidance throughout the enrollment journey.
  
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly counselling and conversion reports.
  
• Mentor and support junior academic counsellors to improve team performance.
  

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Master's Degree preferred).
  
• 3–6 years of experience in Academic Counselling, Education Sales, Admissions, or Student Recruitment.
  
• Experience in EdTech, Higher Education, Training Institutes, or Universities is preferred.
