Senior 3D Motion Graphics Designer

Do you want to help us amaze our audience by providing state of the art 3D Motion Design?
 

As part of the Creative Services Team, you are responsible for developing and animating outstanding visuals for Red Bull TV multiplatform channels. You’ll use your wide skillset of 3D design and animation techniques, as well as your collaborative mindset to provoke new creative thinking that will drive innovation and help bring the Red Bull Universe to customers` platforms.

3D MOTION GRAPHICS PRODUCTION

Develop concepts and animations that align with creative objectives and drive our channel and brand strategy forward. Execute projects from initial concept to final delivery, creating visually striking style frames and delivering fully animated CG-Sequences within brief guidelines and deadlines. With expertise in look development, lighting, 3D animation and compositing you will create excellent, cutting-edge work.

COLLABORATE WITH CREATIVE TEAMS AND CLIENTS

You’ll work closely with Art Directors, Producers and Project Managers to develop concepts and designs.

INNOVATE

Keep up with industry trends and maintain best practices. Deliver state-of-the-art designs and concepts. Address and troubleshoot technical issues within projects effectively and find new innovative ways to enhance production workflows.

TAKE INITIATIVE

Finally, you’ll take the initiative on projects and deliver new and innovative solutions in time. You’ll also communicate and present your design vision and solutions to stakeholders.

A completed degree in Graphic Design, Media Studies, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in Motion Graphics Design with a strong portfolio showcasing conceptual and technical expertise

Fluent in English with additional languages considered an advantage

Expert in Cinema 4D, Redshift and After Effects

High level of execution in the areas of Look Development, Lighting, 3D Animation and Compositing

Knowledge of Houdini and other Adobe CC applications are a bonus

Strong creative and conceptual skills with the ability to develop innovative visual solutions aligned with brand identity and content strategy

Excellent communication and collaboration skills working effectively with Art Directors Producers and Project Managers

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €2.471 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
