In the past 18 years, Mito has grown from three guys with an average age of 27 to a unique, independent powerhouse of over 230 experts dreaming up the most clever things our clients have ever seen (unless they’ve seen the Large Hadron Collider). We create campaigns, websites, apps, and other digital solutions for inspiring brands all over the world.

Yes, we at Mito do love clever things, but we are also huge fans of beautiful stuff. Our Art Department prides itself on creating amazing campaigns, but there are a lot of projects and only so many team members, which is why we need a little help. Wanna chip in?

• Participating in campaigns big and small: from creating engaging motion content to developing the 3D assets of a platform with a small team.
• Collaborating with our amazing Creative, Social, and Production teams: besides making clever campaigns with their help, you will quickly make friends across different teams.
• Prompting the best AI tools you can dream of to amplify your designs.

• An elevated blood pressure: did we get you excited?
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong knowledge of 3D modeling software (primarily Blender), Adobe programs (such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator), and AI tools (like ChatGPT, Gemini, Higgsfield, Krea.ai, and ElevenLabs).
• An affinity for “new-wave” formats: a deep understanding of the latest 3D and social media editing trends, and the ability to create content that stands out and meets global standards. It’s a huge advantage if you also create content for your own feed — feel free to share it with us!
• Fluency in Hungarian and solid English skills.
• Passion and enthusiasm for what you do: whether it’s a brand-new challenge or something you’ve done before, it doesn’t matter — as long as you love your work. (And don’t worry: we’ll help you grow with our in-house training sessions.)
• A portfolio showcasing your best work. Don’t forget to send it to us!
