About the role .
As a Sales Representative for Food Service (West Hungary), you will be responsible for managing and coordinating sales activities within your dedicated region in alignment with the agreed strategy, objectives, plans, and budgets.
You will frequently engage with end users and distributors, seeking out profitable volume opportunities and executing annual joint business plans. You will report to the Country Sales Manager.
What you'll be doing.
  • Sales & Distributor Management: Drive sales growth by managing distributors and leads, monitoring performance data, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work with the Country Sales Manager and marketing team to generate qualified leads and identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
  • Customer Support & Training: Support and train distributors to improve service quality, and provide consultation to End Users (Gold & Silver).
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, ensuring effective communication and addressing their needs proactively.
  • Business Planning: Define and agree on yearly Business Plans aligned with the regional strategy and budgets.
  • Market Analysis: Gather and report on competitor activities, market trends, and product performance to support strategic decisions.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate daily records of sales orders and customer visits, and prepare monthly sales reviews for management.

What you'll need to be successful.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in food service.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Skills & Competencies
  • Fluent in Hungarian and good level of English - written and spoken.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Market awareness with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Analytical mindset - able to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously with strong attention to detail.
  • Agile, innovative, and resilient - committed to the McCain Leadership Principles.

As a Sales Representative for West Hungary, you will be a key contributor to the regional Food Service commercial strategy, working under the leadership of the Country Sales Manager.
