About the team and the role:
As the person responsible for Seller Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring, onboarding and activating eBay’s professional seller base in France. Focusing on SMBs, you will be in charge of building strong relationship and engagement with eBay seller community, enabling long-term success on our platform.
This role provides ownership of impactful seller campaigns with hands-on execution and cross-functional collaboration.

What you will accomplish:
Implement multi-channel seller marketing campaigns (email, onsite merchandising, social, paid) to drive sign-ups and activation.
Localize onboarding and education content; run webinars and tutorials to reduce friction (KYC, business registration, policies).
Partner with Product, GCX, and Category teams to turn seller insights into actionable communications and playbooks.
Handle CRM journeys (welcome, reactivation, lifecycle) in relationship with Global CRM team
Coordinate campaign assets with brand/design
Track and report performance: sign-ups, activation rate (first listing), time-to-first-sale, GMV, PL adoption, store subscribers, CBT uptake.
Own campaign ops: calendars, briefs, QA, post-mortems; maintain documentation and templates.
What you will bring
2+ years in B2B marketing. Marketplace/e-commerce experience preferred.
Strong writing in French; fluent English; confident in editing and localization. Italian proficiency would be advantageous.
Data literate: Sheets/Excel; familiarity with dashboards; basic SQL a plus.
Experience with email/CMS tools; basic design/HTML is a plus.
Organized, meticulous, comfortable coordinating collaborators and deadlines.
Nice to have
Experience with SMB seller audiences and lifecycle marketing.
A/B testing frameworks; paid media basics; copywriting for conversion.
Knowledge of e-commerce norms (delivery, returns, consumer protection).
