Job Description

角色与职责

1、支持区域销售端产品销售策略的制定和落地：

• 分析区域民营医院市场数据和竞争趋势，支持销售负责人制定年度销售&产品&市场策略
• 围绕区域市场的客户细分画像，制定实施差异化产品解决方案
• 协同区域销售团队制定解决业务问题的行动计划，并追踪进展

2、产品和方案推广：

• 客户现场讲解大放+超声全线解决方案（包括保修价值主张，升级软硬件，AI等）、  医院多品牌服务方案
• 聚焦重点策略性项目执行推进，制定并推广卒中、肿瘤、血管外科等临床解决方案

3、区域销售培训：

• 与培训部合作搭建销售培训体系，制定年度产品培训和销售大练兵计划，提供销售产品培训
• 与渠道部合作搭建代理商产品培训体系，制定年度产品培训和代理商大练兵计划，提供销售产品培训
• 销售工具持续更新和传递到销售端，如销售话术，Good Case/Bad case

4、区域市场活动：

• 制定并贯彻执行年度区域市场计划，管理区域市场预算
• 协调销售部门联合组织区域内省级、地市级自办会或合办会，推介产品方案

• 联合销售、临床应用等多部门合作建立和维护show site

• 定期拜访关键客户KOL，建立并维护区域专家库，区域会议专家推荐

基本资格

• 该岗位要求在领域具有较丰富的工作经验。学力水平相当于从正规高等院校取得学士学位 （或根据相应工作经验具有高中学历）
