Strategic Planning & Market Insight
- Develop and execute strategic plans for funnel-building activities (tech talks, event sponsorships, round tables, MOU ceremonies) to achieve growth targets and enhance customer engagement and experience within Government, GLC, and Wholesale segments.
- Develop propositions aligned with business goals and market demands of the segment.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify unique segment needs, challenges, and opportunities, informing tailored marketing strategies.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Execution
- Lead the development and execution of marketing go-to-market strategies and campaign briefs for advanced solutions (AI, Cloud, IoT, Fixed Network, Cybersecurity) targeting Government, GLC, and Wholesale segments.
- Coordinate the delivery of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email marketing (EDM blasts), content marketing, social media, and on-ground activities.
- Ensure timely delivery and adherence to campaign objectives and timelines.
Funnel Building & Event Collaboration
- Work hand-in-hand with Activation Specialists to plan and organise all funnel-building events and activities, ensuring strategic alignment and flawless execution.
Content & Sales Enablement
- Create compelling content and sales enablement materials (presentations, solution decks, solution briefs) to empower sales teams and support speaking engagements.
Performance Monitoring & Optimisation
- Track and monitor the performance of all funnel-building activities and GTM initiatives against KPIs, providing data-driven insights for continuous optimisation.
Cross-functional Alignment
- Act as a key liaison between sales, product/solution teams, and external partners to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives and support the sales cycle.
