The Senior Solution Architect Specialist (Network) is a senior technical leadership role responsible for architecting, designing, and delivering innovative, secure, and scalable enterprise networking solutions that support customers' digital transformation initiatives. The role serves as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, translating complex business requirements into end-to-end network architectures covering LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, Data Center, SD-WAN, Security, and Cloud Connectivity.
The position requires deep expertise in enterprise networking, network security, and cloud integration, while working closely with sales, engineering, operations, and project teams to ensure successful solution design, implementation, and lifecycle management. As a subject matter expert, the architect leads technical discussions, customer workshops, solution presentations, and pre-sales engagements, ensuring solutions align with industry best practices, security standards, and business objectives.
The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in designing large-scale enterprise network infrastructures, strong knowledge of routing and switching technologies, SD-WAN, MPLS, VPNs, cloud networking, and cybersecurity frameworks, along with excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills. This role also provides technical mentorship, drives innovation, and contributes to the evolution of the organization's enterprise networking portfolio.

Skills Required
- Extensive experience designing large-scale enterprise network infrastructures
- Deep expertise in enterprise network architecture and design
- Strong knowledge of LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, data center networking, routing, and switching
- Experience with MPLS, VPNs, cloud networking, and connectivity to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Expertise in network security and cybersecurity frameworks, including Zero Trust architecture
- Experience with multi-vendor technologies including Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, Aruba, and Fortinet
- Technical consulting, solution development, and pre-sales customer engagement experience
