The organization comprises of corporate, digital, event, social, analyst relations, marketing research and portfolio marketing functions. We collaborate closely with Marvell business units, investor relations, finance, HR and executive staff organizations to ensure Marvell’s messaging and positioning resonate effectively with our diverse audiences.

What You Can Expect

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of end markets to determine Total Available Market (TAM), Serviceable Available Market (SAM), and Share of Market (SOM).
  • Gather and analyze data from various sources, including industry reports, market research, and internal sales data.
  • Develop market forecasts and models to predict future market trends and opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activities and market positioning to identify potential threats and opportunities.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing market insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with product management, sales, and engineering teams to align market analysis with business strategies.
  • Conduct customer surveys and interviews to gather insights on market needs and preferences.
  • Assist in the development of marketing strategies and business plans based on market analysis.
  • Develop and implement product positioning strategies to differentiate semiconductor products in the market.
  • Create and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches, including pricing, promotion, and distribution strategies.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life, ensuring alignment with market demands and business objectives.
  • Provide sales teams with the necessary tools, training, and information to effectively sell semiconductor products.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive product awareness and demand.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
  • 5-10 years of semiconductor industry market analysis and product marketing.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
  • Understanding of semiconductor products and technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate difficult technical concepts into simple, easy-to-understand language for non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in market analysis tools and software, such as Excel, Tableau, or similar.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

139,200 - 208,500, $ per annum

The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.

This role is eligible for our hybrid work model in which you will be able to split time between working from home and on-site in a Marvell office.
