Job Description:

1. Educational Background: A bachelor's degree or above. A solid foundation in understanding market dynamics and formulating effective marketing strategies.

2. Industry Experience: Prior experience in the adhesive or tape- related products industry is highly preferred. Familiarity with the characteristics, applications, and market trends of such products will enable quicker adaptation to the role. Familiar with Automotive related tier suppliers and value chain will be preferred.

3. Key Account Management: Candidates with experience in working with key accounts are preferred. This involves the ability to build and maintain long - term relationships with high - value clients, understand their needs, and tailor marketing approaches accordingly.

4. Marketing Skills: Proficiency in market segmentation, target market identification, and developing targeted marketing campaigns.

5. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills are necessary for interacting with cross - functional teams, clients, and partners. The ability to collaborate effectively within the organization is crucial for successful marketing initiatives.

6. Problem - Solving and Adaptability: The capacity to analyze market challenges, develop innovative solutions, and adapt to changing market conditions. A proactive and flexible approach to work is highly valued in this role.
