As a part of the Sales organization this position is combining both technical and business responsibilities related to Defense, a strategic product segment which requires a strong application expertise and understanding, offering a significant growth potential.
Your missions:- Driving sales growth and delivering premium customer service
- Identifying business development risks and opportunities in Defense market
- Developing and implementing a consistent account strategy aligned with company targets
- Managing global agreements and strategic projects, including pricing strategy definition
- Traveling to meet customers, understand market dynamics, and build long-term relationships
- Navigating Defense industry-specific requirements
Your profile:
- Holding a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Management and/or Engineering Degree (or equivalent)
- Having a technical background and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and systems
- Showing proven leadership abilities and strong communication skills as well as effective interaction at all levels and across diverse cultures
- Speaking fluently English and French. Any other language is an asset
- Willingness to travel 20-40% of the time, internationally
