Develops comprehensive lesson plans for security-related and de-escalation training programs.
Maintains and updates training schedules to ensure timely delivery of programs.
Coordinates and facilitates training sessions for staff and security personnel.
Monitors compliance with department policies, procedures, and licensing requirements.
Assesses training needs and designs programs to address specific job competencies.
Implements and evaluates developmental programs for all levels of officers and leadership.
Develops Computer Based Learning (CBL) modules for training purposes.
Serves as the primary instructor or arranges for subject matter experts to present training classes.
Evaluates and revises training materials to adapt to changes and ensure effectiveness.
Provides ongoing evaluation and structured feedback for education programs.
Benchmarks against successful programs and integrates industry best practices into the curriculum.
Coordinates the Field Training Program and ensures proper documentation and follow-up.
