Boeing Global Services, Distribution Business, is looking for dynamic Customer Product Support in Davie, FL or Dallas, TX.
This position will assist major engine programs by providing support to program personnel in developing marketing or sales initiatives for a specific product line and providing support to Product Line managers/IPT leaders in specific countries and customer/market segments.
This support will include but is not limited to market analysis, research, data collection and product line maintenance. This position will assist the PLM in developing & expanding business opportunities throughout the worldwide customer marketplace to achieve LRBP targets and other product line/business objectives. This position will travel as needed to execute defined country and customer/market strategies.
Position Responsibilities:
- Generate reports, analyze results and provide action plan suggestions in support of overall marketing strategies
- Conduct product line sales & market research for PLM
- Review actual sales data and provide supportable action plans relating to existing market strategies
- Communicate with PLM, PM, CSR, and Planners to identify potential market opportunities
- Work with PLM, PM, CSR, and Planners as well as the client to establish priorities & action plans
- Execute various tasks (as assigned by PLM and PM) in accordance with instructions and specified completion times
- Ensure resolution of day-to-day client and internal inquiries
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5+ or more years of related work experience
- 2+ years' experience in Product, Sales, Program and/or P&L Management
- Experience working directly with customers and/or suppliers
- 2+ years' experience working for an engine OEM and/or MRO shop
- Fluent in verbal and written English and Spanish
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically & internationally up to 25% of the time
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
