As a Security Technology Engineer, you'll drive how we protect and scale our global operations by managing and optimizing electronic security platforms across our properties. You'll lead system upgrades, shape technical solutions, and ensure performance, reliability, and compliance at every level. Working closely with cross-functional teams and vendors, you'll deliver secure, scalable systems that keep pace with a fast-moving business.
What you'll do
- Design and implement scalable security technology solutions that align with business needs and integrate seamlessly with existing infrastructure
- Lead and contribute to design phases (preconceptual through construction), ensuring alignment with security standards and operational goals
- Review and refine vendor SOWs, technical designs, and cost estimates to drive quality, efficiency, and accuracy
- Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver strong engineering outcomes from concept through execution
- Operate, troubleshoot, and optimize electronic security platforms with a hands-on, solutions-driven approach
- Research emerging technologies, support Global Security & Surveillance initiatives, and maintain high standards of quality, compliance, and stakeholder alignment across all projects
What you'll bring
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
- 5+ years with integrated electronic security systems or 3+ years in pre-sales engineering/support
- Relevant certifications (PMP, CPP, Genetec preferred) and experience with networking, IP configuration, or related technologies
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Word); experience with AutoCAD or Bluebeam is a plus
- Ability to obtain a state gaming license, travel as needed (10-15%), and experience with CCTV/video surveillance is a plus

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 62,400.00 USD - 78,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay range and how that was determined during the hiring process. An employer who violates this law shall be subject to criminal penalties and civil liability.
