WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Supervise and manage security staff
- Perform Security Officer duties when needed
- Implement and enforce security procedures
- Respond to emergencies and coordinate with authorities
- Train Security Officers and Shift Leads
- Communicate with operations management
- Conduct inspections and manage staff sign‑in/out
- Assist with payroll and personnel management

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma; Associate’s/Bachelor’s preferred
- 2+ years security experience, including 1 year supervisory
- Valid State Guard License
- Strong knowledge of security operations
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. and work flexible hours
Starting at $17.50/hour

- Prior security experience with supervisory or leadership responsibilities
- Knowledge of security operations, procedures, and safety practices
- Ability to obtain and maintain required security licenses/certifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including report writing
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Proven leadership and team management skills (scheduling, coaching, performance management)
- Comfortable using security systems and standard office equipment (CCTV, alarms, fire panels, access control)
- Incident management, investigation, and detailed report completion (Preferred)
- Training and compliance oversight for life safety systems and company policies (Preferred)
- Regular patrols, monitoring surveillance equipment, and access point checks (Preferred)
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for client interactions (Preferred)
