Supervise on-site operations, ensure strong customer service, follow company policies, facilitate improvement, communicate clearly with staff and customers, perform physical tasks (lifting up to 25 lbs, stair climbing, long periods of standing), and clear a criminal background check.

Provide visible security presence at the mall: patrol or maintain posts, monitor CCTV and alarms, control access and traffic, respond to incidents and emergencies, complete incident reports, inspect for hazards, support loss prevention, and assist customers professionally.

Provide administrative and clerical support for the district/branch office, including reception, payroll and attendance tracking, personnel file maintenance and compliance, supply management, HR liaison duties, LiveScan electronic fingerprinting, and assigned project work. Maintain office hours Monday Friday 08:00 16:00.

Provide on-site security by controlling entrances, patrolling buildings and perimeters, escorting personnel/materials, monitoring cameras and life-safety systems, completing reports, and coordinating with supervisors and emergency services.

Supervise public safety operations at facility-level, ensuring customer service, clear communications, and adherence to policies. Must pass criminal background check, be 18+, hold high school diploma/GED, perform physical tasks (stand long periods, stair climbing, lift up to 25 lbs), and support event evacuations and facility safety duties.
