WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Supervise and manage security staff
- Perform Security Officer duties when needed
- Implement and enforce security procedures
- Respond to emergencies and coordinate with authorities
- Train Security Officers and Shift Leads
- Communicate with operations management
- Conduct inspections and manage staff sign‑in/out
- Assist with payroll and personnel management

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma; Associate’s/Bachelor’s preferred
- 2+ years security experience, including 1 year supervisory
- Valid State Guard License
- Strong knowledge of security operations
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. and work flexible hours

- Prior security experience with supervisory or leadership responsibilities
- Knowledge of security operations, procedures, and safety practices
- Ability to obtain and maintain required security licenses/certifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including report writing
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system, including at least one year in a supervisory security role
- Willingness to submit to and successfully pass a background investigation and any required screenings
- Ability to meet and continue to meet applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers
- Comfortable using security systems and basic office computer equipment (keyboarding, basic computer usage)
- CPR and First Aid Certification
