We currently have an opportunity for a Security Services Supervisor to join our Health and Education team at Orange Hospital and play a key role in supporting the day-to-day delivery of security services across a busy healthcare environment. Reporting to the Security Manager, you'll provide frontline leadership and operational support to Security Officers on shift, ensuring services are delivered safely, professionally and in line with compliance requirements.

What You'll Do

  • Provide day-to-day support, guidance and supervision to Security Officers across multiple shifts.
  • Monitor operational performance and ensure security staff are completing duties in accordance with site procedures and service standards.
  • Coordinate Security Improvement Assessment Tool (SIAT) activities, including evidence collection, documentation and stakeholder engagement.
  • Support compliance requirements, ensuring mandatory training, audits, reporting and record management activities remain up to date.
  • Assist with CCTV and access control administration, approved information requests, stakeholder liaison and recruitment activities.

What You'll Bring

  • Current NSW Security Licence, First Aid Certificate, Working with Children Check and NSW Driver's Licence. 
  • Previous experience leading or supervising teams within a security environment.
  • Strong understanding of compliance, auditing and operational reporting requirements.
  • Experience working with CCTV, access control systems and incident management processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across operational teams and clients.
