Fixed-term (13-month) People & Culture Business Partner role supporting Transport & Infrastructure. Provide end-to-end HR partnering: coaching leaders on performance and employee relations, workforce planning, talent attraction and retention, change and organisational design, and delivering strategic P&C initiatives to improve capability, inclusion, engagement, and compliance.

Prepare, maintain and monitor resource- and cost-loaded project delivery schedules for water/wastewater projects. Update master schedules, review subcontractor schedules, perform delay analysis, ensure compliance with scheduling standards, and report to stakeholders.

Casual DIDO outage roles for the 2026 Bayswater Power Station outage delivering mechanical and project services including pressure piping replacements, ducting patch repairs, and damper installations. Roles include welders, boilermakers, fitters, sheet metal workers, laggers, riggers, scaffolders, crane operators, confined space hole watchers and trades assistants. Rostered Monday–Saturday on 11-hour day/night shifts. Applicants must upload ID, licences and trade certifications; specific confined-space and high-risk credentials required for some positions.

Lead delivery of a $30M civil bulk haulage transfer station project through development and delivery phases. Coordinate design, scheduling, cost, commissioning, procurement, and stakeholders while managing budgets, subcontractors, and governance to ensure safe, on-time project completion.

Manage administration and commercial governance of project subcontracts, including developing subcontract management plans, negotiating claims and variations, ensuring compliance, advising on commercial strategy, and providing leadership and guidance to procurement and project teams.

Perform mechanical assembly and maintenance on QTMP railcars and facility production equipment, including torquing, bolting, piping, component installation, door assembly, hydraulic maintenance, fault finding and mechanical testing to support reliable operations.

Work as a fabricator in a purpose-built rail manufacturing facility using advanced automation and robotic welding. Perform metal forming, bending, shaping, and manual production welding to code standards, operate thermal cutting and gouging, and collaborate with engineers and automation specialists to ensure high-rate, high-quality production.

Conduct planned site inspections and compliance audits of maintenance works on housing assets, document findings, run tenant satisfaction surveys, identify and escalate risks, support quality assurance initiatives, and facilitate incident reviews and non-conformance investigations to improve service delivery.

Visit residential, commercial, and industrial sites to record meter readings, update records, report field conditions, and occasionally support surveys or inspections. Lead and develop the SMP Design & Drafting team, plan and allocate resources, act as Lead/Principal Designer on complex modular mineral processing projects, review 2D/3D design deliverables, manage subcontractors, and drive continuous improvement in drafting standards and digital engineering practices.

Casual lagger role for a scheduled outage at Kogan Creek Power Station. Remove and replace insulation on pipes, boilers and ductwork, and apply protective cladding. Work rotating day/night 11-hour shifts on a Monday–Saturday roster during the outage, following site safety and team communication protocols.
