We’re hiring a DevOps Engineer eager to grow into SecOps. You’ll join our Security team to secure AWS/Kubernetes infrastructure, automate detection, and help evolve our cloud security posture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate security systems into operational processes;
- Respond to security incidents and assist in thorough post-event analyses;
- Conduct regular technical security scans and triage findings;
- Integrate infra & app logs (Okta, DBs, GitHub, WAF) into SIEM;
- Automate code, infra, container, and secret scanning;
- Set up real-time alerts & anomaly detection;
- Work with MDR team on alerts & incident response;
- Maintain EDR, VPN monitoring, access reviews;
- Grow into threat modeling, detection engineering, breach response;
Requirements:
- 3+ years in DevOps / SRE, strong in AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform;
- Scripting in Python / Shell;
- Security-curious: you’ve explored hardening, scanning, IAM, or logging;
- Bonus: exposure to SIEM, Trivy, EDR, CIS Benchmarks, or incident workflows;
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other cloud providers (GCP will be a huge advantage, MS Azure);
- Security fundamentals: secrets management, data encryption, network security (VPNs, firewalls/security groups, WAF, private and public networks);
