Co bude Vaší náplní práce:- Návrh, implementace a rozvoj bezpečnostních řešení v oblasti ochrany koncových zařízení (Endpoint Security).
- Konzultace technických bezpečnostních řešení a komunikace se zákazníky při implementaci a provozu bezpečnostních nástrojů.
- Analýza bezpečnostních hrozeb a podpora při návrhu opatření ke zvýšení úrovně zabezpečení.
- Poskytování odborné podpory a rozvoj bezpečnostních technologií.
- Praxe v IT bezpečnosti: Minimálně 5 let zkušeností.
- Technické zaměření: Hledáme technicky zaměřený profil, nikoliv governance/compliance specialistu.
- Dohledové nástroje: Praktická zkušenost s implementací nebo L3 administrací SIEM a/nebo EDR platforem.
- Vulnerability Management: Základní znalost a praktická zkušenost s cyklem řízení zranitelností.
- Průřezový přehled: Široké technické znalosti napříč oblastmi OS, sítí, identit a cloudů.
- Komunikace: Schopnost proaktivně komunikovat s technickými protějšky na straně klientů.
- Soft skills: Systematický a disciplinovaný přístup k práci, vysoká míra kritického myšlení.
- Konkrétní EDR platformy: Praktická znalost řešení od Palo Alto, CrowdStrike nebo Microsoftu.
- Minulost v SOCu: Zkušenost z bezpečnostního dohledového centra na L3 úrovni.
- Ekosystém M365: Znalost širšího bezpečnostního portfolia Microsoftu.
- Zabezpečení cloudu: Návrh, správa a hardening bezpečnosti v prostředí MS Azure nebo AWS.
- Risk Management: Základní orientace v problematice řízení IT rizik.

Skills Required
- Minimum 5 years experience in IT security
- Technical, hands-on security profile (not governance/compliance)
- Practical experience implementing or L3 administrating SIEM and/or EDR platforms
- Basic knowledge and practical experience with vulnerability management lifecycle
- Broad technical knowledge across OS, networking, identity, and cloud
- Ability to proactively communicate with technical counterparts at client side
- Systematic, disciplined approach and strong critical thinking (soft skills)
- Practical knowledge of EDR solutions from Palo Alto, CrowdStrike or Microsoft
- Experience at SOC L3 level
- Knowledge of the M365 security ecosystem
- Cloud security design, management and hardening in MS Azure or AWS
- Basic orientation in IT risk management
