Responsibilities
The Operations Administrator position participates on the Identity & Access Management Operations team; you will be responsible for performing the following duties:
- Work collaboratively across Cyber and I&AM to help drive operations forward
- Monitor queues and respond to customer requests surrounding the following services:
- DNS (Infoblox, Neustar, Microsoft)
- Directory Services (Azure AD, Active Directory)
- Group Management, DFS, and other related services
- Sailpoint and Waveset
- IGA system alerts
- CyberArk and Netwrix Operations
- Learn, create, and document SOPs around performing tasks and supporting services
- Support Audit engagements focusing on pulling together reports and remediating findings
- Splunk Dashboarding
- PowerShell creation and automation
- Public Key Infrastructure
- Review Application Monitoring reports and ensure we have adequate response and alerting
- Assist in performing RCAs for system-level support issues and incidents
The Operations Administrator must have 2+ years' experience in the technical spaces listed
- Active Directory administration
- DNS administration (Infoblox, Microsoft DNS)
- Domain name administration and registration
- Scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, Bash, etc.)
- Windows / Linux / Mac administration and configuration
- Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting
- SQL, Ping, Azure
- SailPoint, Tomcat
