Ericsson Security Manager provides unique policy-driven security orchestration and management coupled with powerful security analytics capabilities for detecting and responding to attacks and threats. Security Manager is an essential part of evolved networks where security functions, policies and related configurations are dynamically deployed and adjusted across multi-vendor domains. It is a virtualized security solution designed for end-to end infrastructure and application-level security management in 5G and next level telecommunication deployments. By having a great teammate-personality who enjoys sharing knowledge and taking initiatives that will contribute to team success, you will get the opportunity to work with a group of extremely passionate security and software development/operation professionals to develop next generation cyber security management and assurance systems. What you will do:
• Automation of telecommunication network security policies.• Collecting, normalizing, and analyzing data from different vendor network equipment.• Test and Refine detection rules to enhance accuracy and minimize false positives.• Optimization of product deployment flow, by scripting and automation.• Testing and verification of Product releases.• Perform Installations, Troubleshooting, Incident Handling.
The skills you bring:
• Security domain knowledge, and experience from Telco domain.• Experience in software/solution developer roles.• Knowledge of IP networks and cloud native technologies.• Experience with Cloud development/deployment tools: Kubernetes, Docker.• Linux experience, Ansible/Python scripting knowledge, NETCONF/CM YANG knowledge.• Experience with open-source data collectors for unified logging layers.• Previous experience with analyzing data from different vendor network equipment.• Experience with open-source automation framework for test automation.• Solution focused, proactive mindset, forward thinking/taking attitude.• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Qualifications:
• BSc/MSc degree in IT or related field/degree or equivalent practical experience• Strong skills in Linux, Ansible, Python and Shell scripting• Experience in Security Domain and industry standards in Telecom Networks/ICT• Experience in Dev-Sec-Ops for Cloud Solutions, CI/CD, Automation.• Strong problem solving, analytical skills, and technical troubleshooting skills.
