Role OverviewYou will work on pre-sales engineering activities for CCTV and security projects, supporting request for proposals, equipment selection, submittals, scope letters, and quoting. This role is suited to an early-career engineer who enjoys working across teams, managing technical detail, and helping deliver accurate solutions for medium and high-complexity projects.
Key Responsibilities- Support Sales and Engineering teams on pre-sales projects by preparing technical inputs for selection, submittals, scope letters, and quotes.
- Assist with Request for Proposals by reviewing requirements, supporting pricing activities, and coordinating the technical response.
- Apply value engineering by recommending equipment or technologies that align with the client’s needs and project objectives.
- Provide support to internal and external engineering teams on medium and high-complexity projects.
- Prepare clear and professional technical documentation that helps move opportunities forward.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, external customers, and peers throughout the proposal cycle.
- Work closely with Sales, Engineering, and customers to clarify scope early and keep proposals aligned with project needs.
- Own your deliverables with accountability and integrity, meeting deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and high-quality output.
- Stay close to the work by reviewing technical details carefully and removing obstacles before they affect the proposal timeline.

- Professional degree in Electronic, Industrial Maintenance or Electromechanical Engineering.
- 0-2 years of experience in engineering-related activities in CCTV or security design.
- Basic knowledge of electronic security systems such as access control, video, intrusion, fire alarm, and building automation.
- Intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Effective and professional communication skills, including the ability to communicate with internal and external customers and peers.
- General business English level at B2 or above.
- Experience supporting RFPs, submittals, scope letters, or quoting in security projects.
- Willingness to deepen your knowledge of electronic security design best practices and equipment.
