Role Summary:
The Security Analyst should work as a support analyst for the Ping Advanced Identity Cloud (AIC) solution, key delivery outcomes expected from this role are:
• Analyze and resolve L3, L2 tickets
• Application Onboarding in Ping AIC – Standard, out of the box patterns (SAML, OAUTH/OIDC, SCIM)
• Application customization – JavaScript driven
• Good understanding of MFA, Passwordless authentication (FIDO2) and Identity Proofing
• Support production incidents, restore the service availability within SLA targets
• Automate assigned manual repetitive tasks, tickets, process gaps. To improve productivity and efficiency.
• Create SOP documents for L1 service desk team
• Flexible working in shifts as per roster rotation.
• Up-skilling in Entra ID, 1KOSMOS under the scope of the CIAM Operations
Requirements
Education Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree: BE degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
Years of Experience: 2-5 years
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant support experience in Ping Advance Identity cloud or Ping Access/Ping Federate or ForgeRock Identity Cloud or ForgeRock Open AM.
Basic Qualifications:
• 2-5 years of experience in operations support leveraging access management solutions (Ping Advanced Identity Cloud or ForgeRock Identity Cloud or ForgeRock Open AM). Other CIAM solutions like OKTA, Ping Access/Ping Federate, Entra ID experience is acceptable, but Ping AIC or ForgeRock Identity Cloud experience (minimum 2-3 years) is mandatory.
• Working in shift model as per roster rotation strategy
• Team collaboration, Effective communication.
Technical Skills:
• Hands-on operations support experience in Ping Advanced Identity Cloud or ForgeRock Identity Cloud or ForgeRock Open AM. L2/L3 tickets, App Onboarding.
Preferred Qualifications:
• CIAM Implementation and Operations support experience.
• Exposure to Workforce access management implementation and multi-factor authentication.
• Scripting and Java development experience
Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
