This position will be a temp-to-perm role supporting the Corporate Client Services (CCS) processing team. CCS processes option activity for directors, insiders, executives connected to our clients, and has direct client interactions.
 

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

  • CCS Processors are responsible for processing client transactions in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLA's). 
  • Monitor daily turnaround and prioritize work to ensure all items are completed appropriately
  • Manage email inquiries from clients, brokers, and account managers received in a shared email inbox.
  • Manage the shared email inboxes to ensure all transactions received via email are scanned into the workflow system timely.
  • Research, correct, and reconcile out of balances, resolve errors, and balance adjustments. 
  • Also responsible for training and providing feedback to new team members or managed resources.

Skills and Abilities

  • Strong communication & problem solving skills
  • Financial services and/or transfer agent operations experience
  • Ability to comprehend moderate to complex operational processes and their interrelationship
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task
  • Must be able to demonstrate exceptional customer service and display professionalism
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and adaptability
  • Self-starter with ability to follow client request through resolution
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
  • Superior knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with the IRIS workflow system, Sunstar
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office, with demonstrated capability in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must be able to effectively read, write and speak English
  • May require the need to travel to other locations

Compensation: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
