Lead the delivery lifecycle—business requirements, functional requirements review, build/implementation oversight, UAT, and production rollout—ensuring delivery is on time, on budget, and aligned to priorities.
  • Lead impact analysis for changes (process, operational, regulatory/control, and technology), ensuring risks are identified early and escalated appropriately. Partner with Operations to define scalable operating processes and readiness to support the product.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate risks/issues, balancing speed-to-market with control and operational risk standards.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture.
  • Organize the team for sustained delivery, aligning roles and responsibilities to individuals’ strengths and capabilities. Set clear goals and expectations, and grow talent through coaching, delegation, empowerment, and training opportunities
