The Opportunity


As the Secure Networks SME, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our networking solutions, driving customer engagement, and achieving revenue growth. This role requires a blend of deep technical knowledge and commercial acumen to drive innovation, engage customers, and collaborate closely with our sales, engineering, and product teams to bring new solutions to market.

What you'll do

  • Market & Customer Insight: Leverage your deep understanding of the market and customer feedback to drive our innovation roadmap, ensuring we remain industry leaders.
  • Product Evangelism & Sales Enablement: Develop and maintain product collateral, facilitate training, and partner with sales and marketing to boost revenue growth.
  • Product Growth: Engage with sales executives and customers to drive product adoption, cross-sell opportunities, and revenue expansion.
  • Product Price Management: Model competitive pricing strategies and define bundles to maximize customer value.
  • Relationship Management: Build strong relationships across teams and with external partners, ensuring successful collaboration and alignment with company strategies.

Your ideal skills and experience

  • 2+ years of experience in solution selling or a similar role within Cyber Security, Telecommunications, or IT.
  • A solid understanding of the wholesale market and security products.
  • A proven track record of driving innovation and delivering measurable results.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • A proactive, self-driven attitude with a passion for technology and customer success.
