Unilever Food Solutions is the department within Unilever Belgium that specialises in selling and supporting convenience ingredients/products and providing service for professional chefs.
We are active in various markets within the Foodservice, both in the 'Social' segment: company canteens, nursing homes, hospitals and in the 'Commercial' segment: hotels, restaurants, butchers, caterers. Our team of 70 employees achieves a turnover of € 100 million in the Belgian and Luxembourg Foodservice market. The strong brands we have in our portfolio include KNORR, HELLMANN's, LIPTON, etc. We are a growing company and hold a market leading position in most of the markets in which we operate.
Function
To further strengthen this position and to realise our ambitions, we are currently looking for an enthusiastic Dutch-speaking 'Sector Manager' (f/m) for the South West Flanders sector.
Your challenge
Achieving quantitative and qualitative objectives and the active development of your customer base in your sector (hotels, restaurants, butchers, caterers, snack bars and industrial kitchens) are among your responsibilities. In addition to managing your existing customer portfolio, you also need to develop the business and pursue growth. Sales at trade fairs and organizing demonstrations and tastings are also part of your job.
Who are we looking for?
Unilever Food Solutions is looking for dynamic employees. You must be able to work independently, plan visits and visit customers as an ambassador for Unilever Food Solutions. With your knowledge and experience in sales/negotiations and your culinary passion, you can complement the needs of chefs/buyers with solutions that add value to the customer, tailored to the type of customer.
You are responsible for a region with a large customer base in which the predetermined objectives have been determined. Knowledge of IT, a fluent use of language, a high dose of self-confidence and the eagerness to know everything are the minimum conditions for the realization of this great challenge.

You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word,..)

You preferably have a bachelor's degree in sales or equivalent due to experience
