Ivaylo Petrov is looking for a new team member.

Your daily routine would include:

• Administer, monitor and maintain the supported systems in operation within the required parameters (availability, performance).

• Support testing and production environments, deploy builds and fixes, sanity testing and troubleshooting.

• Prepare and execute tasks related to billing/rating/batch processing.

• Monitor application servers and workload.

• Handle incidents (analyze logs, errors handling, finding resolutions or workarounds within the specified SLAs/OLAs).

• Work with ticketing system to resolve reported problems or submit such to responsible units in case of failures or tasks.

• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports.

• SOX controls execution.

• Develop tools/scripts to automate routine operational tasks.

• Ability to take up on-call shifts.

• Maintain system documentation.

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

• At least 1 year of working experience in monitoring/reporting/supporting applications.

• SQL Knowledge (Oracle) is a must.

• Unix/Linux experience is a must.

• University degree in the field of IT/Telecommunication or any other relevant.

• Fluency in English – written and spoken.

Nice to have:

• Any knowledge and/or experience with UC4 (Automic), Job Scheduling.

• Advanced Scripting Knowledge e.g. Perl, Python, Shell, Kshell etc.

• ITIL (Incident-, Problem-, Change-, Deployment-, Event-Management).

• Knowledge of 2-tier or 3-tier applications - J2EE servers and applications experience.

• Fluency in German.
